The project consists of constructing a Concrete parking lot and installing drainage systems, curbs, and gutters in a retirement home facility in DeKalb County. P2K will lower the existing concrete dumpster pad and reinstall the existing bollard to match the parking lot grade; install a new curb inlet and 15″ stormwater pipe to the existing detention pond.
