P2K constructed a high-tech parking lot near the Atlanta airport. Sullivan Road Park and Ride lot was built by one of the few 100% minority-owned construction companies, a Joint Venture of Hispanic-owned P2K and African-American-owned BRTU. The Sullivan Road Park and Ride, Park All Select, provides 1,500 revenue-producing standard, large and over-sized vehicle parking spaces.
