This project involved replacing a bridge over the Tallulah River within the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest in Rabun County, Georgia. Our team constructed a modern single-span steel girder bridge adjacent to the existing structure, which was subsequently demolished. The new bridge features a robust concrete deck and a reliable shallow foundation. P2K prioritized minimizing disruption, maintaining road access for the community with only brief, necessary closures.
