Southern Company improved the existing ash ponds at Plant McDonough. The scope of work included modifications to the current grades. As a subcontractor of Cooper Barnette and Page, we worked on building different types of costume-made concrete structures explicitly designed for the ash ponds. In addition, P2K built new structures in both north and south pond, including control structures, headwalls, stilling basins, and retaining walls.
