This project provided streetscapes and pedestrian improvements along Joseph Lowery Blvd SW from its intersection with I-20 and Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. The project consisted in the replacement of sidewalk, sidewalk pavers, pedestrian lighting and hardscapes, and installation of landscaping.
