The GSA felt 3 historical buildings in downtown Charleston needed renovations. The US Custom House required interior painting to bring the building back to historical standards. Our crew used historical paint to replicate the original application that contained metallic leaf and gold flakes. The Post Office Courthouse needed the ceiling and light fixtures replaced in the lobby. P2K also restored the exterior light fixtures at the main egress doors. Lastly, the Hollings Judicial Center also required ceiling and fixture replacement in the lobby. Two planters were provided to match the existing planters on site
