This design-build SATOC for paving contract involved clearing, grubbing and earthwork to prepare the site for a 40,000 sf concrete slab. The slab is used as a secure container storage at the enclave. Also included, was a perimeter high-security fence along with one vehicle gate and one walk-in gate.
