The project scope included the removal of existing asphalt paving and replacement of driveway and road of HE Holmes MARTA station. In addition, this project included electrical work and striping. As part of the program, Marta is implementing to renovate its train stations, Carroll Daniel/Moody JV selected P2K, Inc. to replace the existing road between ML King Jr. Dr with the HE Holmes Station. This project solved a current drainage issue causing the existing asphalt to fail. In addition, the new concrete surface created a smoother transition for the traffic coming from the adjacent streets for the drivers in general.
