The purpose of this project was to correct issues in the runway and taxiway safety areas that are not in strict compliance with the FAA. In order to do so, P2K entered in a Joint venture and engaged in activities such as the replacement of storm drainage and grading, backfilling, and installing top soil to eliminate erosion and ponding issues. The project also entailed relocation and removal of signs, removal of unused access roads, adding signage at access roads and reestablishment of grass in disturbed areas.
