Guiomar, the CEO and co-founder of Precision 2000, Inc. (P2K), boasts a diverse background and extensive expertise in the field. Born in Boston, MA, and raised in Colombia, Guiomar holds a civil engineering degree from the Colombian School of Engineering, along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, she earned an Executive Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University.
In her role, Guiomar provides visionary leadership to the company, spearheading efforts to explore new products and markets. She plays a pivotal role in securing bonding and financing to support company operations and oversees the overall management of cost control systems and contract administration. Additionally, Guiomar manages the payroll system, benefits, and general administration, while actively participating in marketing and procurement opportunities.
Guiomar’s exceptional contributions have garnered recognition within the industry. In 2017, she received the prestigious Leadership Award from the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC) and the esteemed Inspiration Award from the Latin American Association. Her dedication and leadership continue to inspire and drive success within the organization and beyond.
