The Georgia Department of Transportation is continuing to work on improving highway infrastructures in Georgia. This project replaced damaged concrete on the northbound and southbound side of Interstate 675 in between I-75 and I-285. In addition to the concrete rehabilitation and grinding, striping and raised pavement markings also improved the smoothness and visibility of the road resulting in a safer roadway.
