The city of Atlanta hired P2K to perform intersection improvements in the heart of the City for Glenwood Ave. at Moreland Ave. Glenwood Avenue will be realigned to the south to eliminate the offset that currently exists at Moreland Avenue, improving the drivers’ safety and pedestrian traffic. Additionally, CoA will accommodate two 4ft bicycle lanes, which will give residents another means of transportation while in the area. Lastly, new traffic signals, streetscape tees, and street lighting will embellish the space.
